Hey Sara, I’m wanting to update you on my recent Barbour Bedale rustic jacket I got from you all. I absolutely in love, the muted tartan lining is perfect, and I love how the jacket says made in England. Thanks so much for your help, will be referring anyone I know to your business, cheers.

Dear Sara and Paul,
Thank you very much for your kind message and for keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
I am really pleased to have discovered Cox the Saddler and very happy to have purchased my Barbour jacket from you. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you, and I particularly appreciated the personal attention and assistance you gave me with the arrangements for shipping to Italy.
Knowing that Cox the Saddler is a small family business makes me even happier to have placed my order with you.
I have also received the tracking details, so now I am just looking forward to receiving my new Barbour jacket!
I will certainly keep an eye on your website, as I would be very happy to purchase from you again in the future...
Thank you again for your excellent and friendly service. It has been a pleasure doing business with you, and I hope to do so again soon.
Warmest regards,
R
