I wanted to say a big thankyou. My new Barbour Classic Bedale arrived this morning....what a prompt efficient service.
I chose to purchase from Cox the Saddler because I was well aware that you are an old family business there in Chesham and I knew Chesham well in the 1970s and have fond memories of the place.
I saw your presence on Facebook and your videos on YouTube, but, most of all, I was impressed by the willing advice and help you were giving out as Leathershop Girl on Reddit. That showed me that you really care.

This is my second Bedale jacket. My first is twenty years old and ripped (not worth all the expense of Barbour repairs I fear) but I still keep it for gardening.
