This leather is sourced from Britain's only remaining old bark tannery. The leather is pit tanned and dressed using traditional methods and materials to give extra tensile strength and longevity. It is cut into inch strips. The leather is simply cut off the hide and nothing else is done to it, all the edges are raw and unstained. These strips are cut to order and cannot be returned.


This leather is hand finished and is a natural product therefore authentic mottling may occur on the leather.
