Horse brasses have been made in England since the middle ages, to decorate horse harness. Since the time of Queen Victoria, designs have proliferated, showing anything from English county names, to breeds of dog, to good luck charms.

The horse brasses we sell, are sand cast from original patterns and hand polished in the Black Country.
