Dear Sara, good afternoon.

Hope you're having a great day, I write just to tell you that my parcel was perfectly delivered at my home last Thursday.

Thank you for the careful packaging to protect it during the sending process.

About the jacket, is amazing, all its finishes are excellent and functional, the sizing was perfect. I liked it so much.

If I need any additional products in the future, I will not hesitate to contact you.

Kinds regards

Dear Sara and Paul,
Thank you very much for your kind message and for keeping me updated throughout the whole process.
I am really pleased to have discovered Cox the Saddler and very happy to have purchased my Barbour jacket from you. It has been a real pleasure dealing with you, and I particularly appreciated the personal attention and assistance you gave me with the arrangements for shipping to Italy.
Knowing that Cox the Saddler is a small family business makes me even happier to have placed my order with you.
I have also received the tracking details, so now I am just looking forward to receiving my new Barbour jacket!
I will certainly keep an eye on your website, as I would be very happy to purchase from you again in the future...
Thank you again for your excellent and friendly service. It has been a pleasure doing business with you, and I hope to do so again soon.
Warmest regards,
R
