I just wanted to let you know that I've received the jacket and am very much satisfied with it.
After a Google search I visited the website for Cox The Saddler. Their price for the items I sought was extremely competitive including Royal Mail Special Delivery. The items were despatched extremely quickly and arrived the next day. Sadly the item didn’t fit my husband, I emailed Cox The Saddler to this effect, and was quickly advised on the refund process. Once they received the returned items I was refunded with a friendly email advising me as such.
I will certainly look to use Cox The Saddler again and highly recommend their friendly service and value.

I notice that the tracking stops on the Royal Mail website after it says "Leaving the UK", and I wasn't able to continue tracking with Canada Post. It seems like the item ships out with no tracking once it arrives in Canada, or maybe this is just a one time error by Canada Post.
Regardless, I am very happy I received it. I will be returning for another order.
