|Dear Sara and Paul,|
Just wanted to let you know that my Barbour jacket arrived this morning and I am delighted with it and with the super-efficient service you provided.
Although the things you sell are not on my everyday shopping list, I will certainly look at you first if and when I need similar items.
Hi Paul, Sara
Thanks so much for the notice. And I do like supporting your business — I’m loving my Beaufort and have recommended you to others!
Dear Sara and Paul,
I'm glad I found you.
Not only was the price the lowest on the internet [at least that I could find], but the personal approach makes it a lot more friendly.
I know the perspective of a small family business all too well; I'm an owner of one myself.
I hope you continue growing and thanks for the awesome approach to selling online.
I’m so impressed with your service that I wanted to email and say thank you!
My order arrived this morning down in North Devon, the coat is exactly what I wanted (long time Barbour wearer but they’ve changed styles since I last bought one) and having taken a gamble on the size, roomy but didn’t want to be swamped, it’s perfect!
..I’m so impressed with your little shop that I shall sing your praises to my friends & family should they be looking for countrywear etc.
Many thanks again and long may your business thrive.
Your 2 martingales arrived today and are exactly as we hoped. Thank you.
We’re not horsey people. My grandfather, however, drove a horse and cart delivering furniture around North Norfolk before the First World War. This ensured him a relatively cushy billet in the war as a cavalry officer’s batman. We recently re-discovered some of his horse brasses, including his 1911 RSPCA merit medal. Now polished and mounted on black leather they look great.
Andrew D., Somerset
Thanks Paul. You all are the best. Love buying from you all.
