Replacing A Handbag Turnclasp
|Step 1||Check that the back plate is compatible with the existing front plate.|
|Step 2||We would unstitch a seam and fix the plate but you might find it easier to cut the lining. This can be very neat if executed correctly.|
|Step 3||Once you have made a neat cut inside the lining, you will probably see the patch that covers the back of the catch, peel this off.|
|Step 4||The next step is to lift the legs of the broken clasp (sometimes there are screws instead. Take the backplate off and release the broken clasp.|
|Step 4||Once the old clasp is off, offer the new one up and mark the holes required for the spikes on the front panel. If you are happy with the position, make the holes (I use a small blade) and push the new clasp on.|
|Step 4||Put the backplate on (I have pushed the spikes right through the lining and held it all in place with the back plate but its your choice) and bend the spikes over, to trap the backplate (and possibly lining) in position.|
|Step 4||Patch the backplate with a piece of material or stitch it up (I have had great results with some thin leather and double sided tape on the backplate). Finished|

|YOUR SHOPPING BAG|
|Dear Sara and Paul, A BIG THANK YOU.|
For weeks I have been searching for a new wheel for my 18 month old Antler suitcase. A Google search for 'suitcase wheels' brought forward thousands, mostly from China, but none suitable. Then I came across your site which I have to admit I discounted at first. A Saddler, come on. But only closer inspection I found a Delsey wheel which looked identical to the wheel I had 'lost' at Manchester airport.
I took a chance and ordered it. It arrived next day. Fantastic. I fitted it this morning and apart from me having to drill one small hole in the suitcase for a screw it fitted perferctly. Much cheaper than a new suitcase.
Once again thanks for the great service.
Jack W., Yorkshire
The boots arrived today thanks, really pleased with them.
Thanks for the great service.

Toward the end of April I sent to you a case with defective lock. I requested that the lock be repaired /replaced. You repaired the lock & I had the case back within about a week of sending it. For the repair you charged £5. You said the repair had been simple & quick to do.
I thank you for peerless customer service & integrity. It would have been easy for you to charge me ten times more & I'd have still paid up happily. So thank you for exemplary service.
Michael P., U.K.
Goods received, bag repaired. Good service, thanks.

Sara, Paul, Count me as one of your satisfied customers.
You reply to emails promptly and helpfully; I was also impressed that I wasn’t hit by a large postage cost. Many thanks, Eric.

Paul hi, I would like to thank for your amazing response to my non-appearing" tiny " order.
The product you have sent without additional payment being made arrived out of the blue today.
I can only say in this day and age customer service is most often not delivered in the way you have.
Thank you, if the other packages ever turn up I will of course return them.
Finally, my sincerest wish is that your business prospers, and for my part I have already and will continue to sing your praises to any one that will listen.
Chris B., U.K.
Arrived safely, many thanks for fast and efficient service!
