Ash Shepherd's Crook
Product Code: 1405135 cm long traditional shepherd's crook made from ash. The pale colour of this wood means that this shepherd's crook makes an eye-catching crozier for bishops.
Like all the ash sticks in this section this Ash Shepherd's Crook is grown and manufactured at Classic Canes' woodland in Somerset, England. Traditional forrestry and woodworking techniques are used. Grown on chalk soil, the ash wood takes on a disctinctive silvery-grey hue, highly prized by walking stick enthusiasts. Each stick is supplied with a 'Sustainable Forrestry' swing label, explaining its provenance.

|Bell shaped rubber walking stick ferrule type C|
There are several different types of walking stick ferrule, most of which are listed here. Each ferrule is available in a number of different diameters, simply choose your preferred width from the pull down menu below. This bell shaped ferrule is our most popular shape. It is made of black rubber and has a steel washer insert. For people who use their walking stick in ernest, rather than just as a fashion accessory, good tread is vital. To ensure that your walking stick does not slip on wet or smooth surfaces, it is important to replace the rubber ferrule frequently. For those who have a decorative cane with a horn or metal ferrule, serious consideration should be given to covering this with a rubber ferrule, if the cane is to be used for support.

I received the walking stick this morning and do appreciate the speed that you got it to me. It is for a Birthday present for my husband later this month. He loves walking and I thought this might be a present he would enjoy and a little different.
Dear Sara and Paul, The items, ref. 14846624, reached me safely on 21st, Aug. Thank you very much.
The lock and hasp are for my "i santi" briefcase purchased in Manila, Philippines, in 1994. Long time I was looking for same lock and hasp, but I could not find. Happily, thanks to the internet, I finally found them on your website. The Italian lock for the briefcase bought in Philippines, travels from The United Kingdom to Japan. Nice story!
I registered on your website. I am looking forward to see you on your web store. Thank you for your co-operation.

Many thanks for the prompt dispatch of the handbag lock that I ordered last week. My bag is now mended and as secure as ever!
Happy new year to you.
Helen H., Bucks.
On opening up the very well packed parcel, I was very happy with the quality of the walking stick and I think my mum will be too.

Dear Sara and Paul, Thank you for your email and for the excellent handle which arrived today. I own a lovely old, pre-war J Bryce Smith painting box which I use very regularly for en plein air painting. The original handle finally disintegrated a few weeks ago and I was in despair until I came across your site with a search. Unhappily I think it very unlikely that I shall need your first class services again so I won’t register but I shall easily remember your name should occasion arise or should friends need your wares. Good wishes and good luck in your business.
Thomas J., Hertfordshire
Dear Sara, Just to let you know the walking stick is exactly what I wanted. Thank you for helping me to choose it.
