It is best to do most of the adjustment before putting the bridle on the horse so, put the bit onto the bridle then hold it up to the side of the horse's face. Hi Paul, order arrived safely today and I'm sure my Husband will be delighted with the Umbrella, so a big thank you for excellent service and for the free gift.
I wish you success with your business and will try to remember to register when I have a minute.

Pauline C., County Durham
Hi there. Wow am I impressed! Fancy sending an order on Sunday afternoon and having it delivered, as promised, on Tuesday morning! If there were more businesses like you out there, this country wouldn't be in the mess it is. Many thanks for your efficiency.

Pat A., Ross on Wye
Many thanks. I searched hi and low in my area for a leather zip tag and no luck. You were the only ones who had exactly what I wanted. You have an excellent website, and will pass your details on to friends etc. And, no doubt I will be using you in the future. Your website is now part of my favourites. Kind regards.

Maira G., Twickenham
I received my goods and just wanted to thank you for the wonderful service and the complementary shipping on the delayed item. My experience has been nothing but fabulous and I plan shop with you again soon. Thank you.

Justin M., Boston, Massachusetts
Hi Paul, Cane received. Very happy with service and product quality! Will definitely recommend your company in the future..... Good luck with business,

Jordon B, Wiltshire
Thanks both. My little bag has arrived and is in use, replacing one I've had and used daily for the past 4 years. (It got a bit tatty inside!) I don't 'do' handbags and managed to carry everything I need in the bag. It's such a good quality product that it lasts forever, perhaps not good commercially for you, but wonderful for me! I'll be in touch eventually and may even order another colour before I need to replace this bag. Best wishes. I should also say that the box, containing my bag was beautiful!!
