Does your horse bolt his feed down?

If your horse bolts his feed down, put a salt or mineral lick in his feed bucket. He will have to move the salt lick around to get to the feed which will slow him down and keep him amused whilst he gets the benefit of the salt or mineral.

Does your horse eat his hay too fast?

If your horse always manages to eat his hay too quickly, hang your hay-net in the middle of the stable so it swings. This will make it more difficult for the horse to eat quickly and keeps him amused too.
