This Gold handbag attachment ohp2773gd is normally used with a rolled leather handle around the "hook" part and a flat leather chape around the straight bar thus attaching the strap to the bag.As illustrated in the second picture for this product the straight bar is threaded and comes apart allowing it to be replaced if necessary.The dimensions are as follows:Length: 65mm
Width: 50mm
Max Strap Width: 23mm
It is wise to apply threadlock when using this fitting.
