Cox the Saddler Repair Service

Cox the Saddler offers a comprehensive saddlery repair service. We carry out repairs to everything from reins to bridles and from cruppers to nosebands. We also repair and re-flock saddles.

Whilst our workshop no longer carries out repairs to handbags, general luggage or leather goods, we are still repair agents for Antler and will also repair Samsonite suitcases. Please feel free to pop into our Chesham store and have a word with Paul about your Antler suitcase repair requirements. He is available on; Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30a.m. until 5.00p.m.

Our charges are modest, given the level of skill and time required and the results are always excellent. We will phone or email you with a quotation in advance of starting work but we do ask that our customers cover the cost of postage in both directions.

Please allow 72 hours after posting, before calling Paul for your estimate. We aim to complete repairs within 28 days of receiving go ahead from the customer but complicated repairs and those requiring special parts, may take a little longer.

We also cater for the amateur leather worker and those wishing to carry out their own repair. We can supply leather thonging, buckles and other 'spare parts' for luggage and handbags. Our minimum charge for the repair service is £10.00 plus p&p and for the spares service £7.50 plus p&p.
