Horse riding is potentially dangerous due to the risk of falls and kicks in
any equestrian pursuit. Current products do not normally prevent
injuries from crushing, bending, or torsional forces. Neither do they prevent damage
from bullets, either stray or targeted, or air-bag support in case of high
speed impact - until now.
The New Equipro 2000 Class 6
Do you ride your horse in fear of ride-by shootings and snipers? Does your horse
frequently exceed 20 miles per hour whilst trying to buck you off? If so, you need this
product - recently available due to the privatisation of certain UK government facilities.
Key Features
Black Box hidden in lapel and gas tank strapped to leg of rider triggers a 0.3 millisecond
inflation of airbag which by relatively slowly deflating during impact saves the rider
from most serious injury.
The latest Kevlar reinforced platic hide, filled with the material used to fill
disposable nappies, makes this body protector effective against even armour piercing
bullets.
The filling, which runs through the integrated crouch strap, doubles as a
stress-related incontinence aid, which frequently is an issue at moments like this.
If the Black Box perceives that a horse has kicked you (due to the pattern of the
imprint picked up by sensors) then it will issue a sharp rebuke to the horse for you.
It is important that the rebuke is timed well, as for training reasons the horse
needs to associate its actions with an immediate negative response - which you will
be unable to provide as you sail across the stable.
Reflective strips. We are working on reflective strips and hope to make these
available as an optional extra by 2001.
B.E.T.A Status. We have been unable so far to find anyone in BETA willing to
be shot at as part of our certification process, but we anticipate this will take
place within 3 months.
